Stuff that I’ve Lived with and LOVE!

Hi Friends!

Don’t you just love it when your friend gives you a great tip on a new product??  I DO!!  So I figured that I would share a few items with you that I have been using and (more importantly) loving for the last 4+ months.  These are all awesome, said with my hand over my heart… Pinky swear!

For the Home…

-The pan, I actually purchased at Costco, but it’s no longer available on their website.  It’s perfect for my family of 6 and I literally leave it on the stove because I use it for just about every meal.  I was sick of teensy pans that just weren’t large enough to cook a crap load of food in for my sons that have never-ending appetites. This one is fantastic!  It’s easy to clean, cheap and heats up really well.

-That iPhone case is not only super cool (my 14 year old cousin approves) but it’s like a pillow around your phone… that you can stare at for hours.

-If you’re wondering why I didn’t have one of these colanders, I thought the same thing once I started using one.  It’s so handy!  I nabbed mine at an estate sale for $4 brand new, but would totally pop for it from a store.  It makes washing salad and fruit stuff SO much easier.

-That mini humidifier was on my holiday list and I use it everyday.  I love it!  I put in a few drops of essential oil and plug it into my computer… it smells nice and adds a bit of moisture to my work area.

-Okay.  That ice machine is da bomb.  Ya, I just pulled out the 90’s lingo.  DA BOMB.  I bought it in 2016 and used it for parties, which was really helpful for drinks and keeping stuff cold.  Then about 8 months ago our freezer ice maker broke and we’ve been using this 24/7.  Like, we NEVER TURN IT OFF.  It’s still going strong.  It’s easy to clean and WORKS GREAT.

For the Body…

-Need the perfect jeans to wear with sneakers?  These are it!  They fit great, not too wide leg, not too skinny and they’re so cheap!!  Go!

-These Gap featherweight shirts are my FAVORITE layering shirts.  They’re fitted, but comfortable because they’re so, so, so soft.  I have almost all the colors and I still WANT MORE.

-About 2 years ago I got a Birchbox membership and this Beauty Protector Detangler was one of my first samples.  That was not an accident, people.  This stuff hooks you!  It’s better than any leave-in spray I’ve ever tried and even though I no longer get Birchbox, I still buy this and probably will, forever.

-This silk eye mask with copper was also on my holiday list.  I use it every night and it’s soft and very relaxing.  I don’t think it helps with wrinkles, but it does help me sleep better, so maybe?

-The best for last?!?!  OMG, I’m obsessed with this dermafoliant scrub.  In early December my girlfriends and I went to a fancy spa, and the tech told me to buy this asap… that it would change my skin.  I was skeptical, but wow, this stuff is incredible.  I now want everything made by Eminence.  It’s sold on Amazon, which is also so convenient.   If you buy any of my recommendations, make it this!!

1. Gap Featherweight Shirts, 2. Eminence Dermafoliant, 3. Small Humidifier, 4. iPhone Case, 5. Sleep Mask, 6. Beauty Protect & Detangle, 7. BR Bootcut Jeans, 8. Tramontina Large Pan, 9. Stainless Colander, 10. Ice Machine

Bubble Mask, Rosehip Oil

And since I’m imparting my wisdom, here’s one for all the sports fan moms out there!  Ok, not just moms, but anyone who spends a considerable amount of time near dirt and sun.  On an average weekend, I’m at the field about 5-6 hours a day between practices and games.  Last summer, I was going crazy trying to find a face wash that would get rid of the dust from the field, in a gentle way.  You guys, I was struggling with this… it’s like I always felt that there was dirt on my face.  The cleanser was either too rough and would rub the dirt in, or it was too watery and didn’t get rid of it.  THIS IS THE COMBO!  I use this mud as a cleanser.  It’s so soft and silky on your skin, the bubbles are fun AS HELL and best of all, it gets rid of the dust and dirt like nothing else!!  (I use a face wipe to take off some mud before rinsing so that process is even easier.)  Then I pat in this Rosehip oil.  I didn’t know this before, but just learned, that Rosehip heals the skin after sun exposure, so it’s literally the best thing to put on your skin after a day of sun.  Boom.  I’m a genius.

Try it and let me know what you think.  I’m predicting we will be besties after.

Anyhoo, just some fun stuff that you can feel zero guilt about buying.  I get nothing from referring you, so it’s just out of the goodness of my heart.  Wink!
