Tag, You’re it!

Need some tags in your life?!

Don’t we all!!  Well, I just wanted to share some cute and super easy tags I made for a summer birthday party we just had for my twins, that turned 4.  Wow!  How time flies when you’re chasing around twins!!  Seems like only yesterday these little dudes couldn’t even talk… and now I’m racking my brain on how to get Cruz to stop dropping the F-bomb.

Shrug.  Hey sometimes I have some major parent fails and other times, I just make some tags and call it a good day.

So let’s do that, eh?

IMG_3062This is literally all you need.  I used a scrap piece of wood from the garage, a paper “tag” I printed at home and some cheapie glue.

I said easy and I meant it!!  Don’t cha hate when you read a project that says it took them 10 minutes and 10 hours later you’re ready to send them some not-so-nice mail?!  So believe me this is easy.  Homey don’t play that.  And you don’t even need the paint brush.  Use those purdy fingers of yours… just don’t eat the glue.  K?

IMG_3063Make the tag – I used Word.  Word.

Cut it out and glue it on the scrap.  Then cover it with a heavy coat of glue.

Let it dry.

Drill a hole and string some jute/ribbon through it.

Yay!  Done-zo!!

IMG_3114I love that these have a coating to protect them from the moisture of the juices.

Can you guess the themes of their birthday?  Ha!!

Anyway, I’m thinking that I may make a few for some wire closet storage bins.  Wouldn’t that be cute?!
